The Royal Flying Doctor Service needed a hero product that matched the prestige of their organisation. Crafted by Do was engaged to design, source and produce a premium first aid bag from scratch. Every material, every detail and every decision had to reflect the RFDS legacy.

420gsm wax cotton, full grain leather straps, solid brass buckles and a custom engraved RFDS metal badge plate. Every material was designed and sourced in Australia to exact specification. Every construction detail documented and delivered ready for bulk production without a single compromise on quality.

The Royal Flying Doctor Service engaged Crafted by Do to design and produce a premium product range from scratch. Starting with material sourcing including 420gsm wax cotton, full grain leather and solid brass buckles designed and sourced in Australia, we developed full technical documentation and managed production through to bulk manufacture. The Premium Adventurer Rescue Swag launched on the RFDS website and became their most sold product with thousands of units delivered across Australia. The range was later extended to include a custom branded dog coat, bringing the same premium quality to a new product category.
